Celtic cross spread凯尔特十字
Complex career, relationship and life-stage reflection
The Celtic Cross is a ten-card spread for making sense of complex situations: career decisions, collaborations, relationships, or a life-stage transition. It does not predict the future. Instead, it breaks a situation into ten angles, helping you see how you and your environment interact and where you can actually apply effort.
It suits questions like “What am I really dealing with?”, “Which factors are shaping this?”, and “How might I think or act next?” It cannot answer medical diagnoses, legal disputes, investment movements, or gambling outcomes, and it will not make choices for you or guarantee results.
The cards work as a mirror. What you see depends on your honesty and lived experience. If you write down your reactions, the spread often surfaces clues you had overlooked.
Uses all 78 cards by default.

How to read this spread
- Start with the center two cards: present situation and core challenge; they set the tone for everything else.
- Then read the four pairs: past with near-term, goals with motivation, your role with external conditions, and hopes with fears. Finish with the synthesis card.
- Compare “your role” with “external conditions” to separate what you can influence from what you can only accept.
- Do not treat the tenth card as a final outcome. Treat it as a prompt that asks for your response.
- After reading, ask: if I could change one small action, which one matters most?

Common questions
What kinds of questions suit the Celtic Cross?
Open, multi-factor questions, such as “How can I understand my current work situation?” It is not for yes-or-no questions or demands for certain outcomes.
Do I have to read all ten cards in order?
You can, but it is often clearer to start with the center two for tone, then read in pairs, and finish with the tenth card.
Can I use it for health or money questions?
You can use it to explore your feelings and pressures around health or money, but it does not replace professional advice or predict results.
